Most of the Christians I know feel ineffective and ill-prepared to evangelize, to share the Gospel with others. Even though Jesus commanded his church to "Go and make disciples of all nations", we give ourselves an exception because we feel so inept.
Well...if that describes you...if I could show you through the Bible that there is a way by which every one of us can share the Gospel, would you be willing to go try it?
There is Power in Encouragement
In this message from Acts 13 we glean insight into how to share the Gospel through encouragement. If you think about it, "Encouragement" means instilling courage (i.e.: to en-courage) in another so they would trust God for his promises. Thus, the Power of Encouragement is the holy work of the Holy Spirit that frees people to trust in the promises of God in the Gospel.
I hope this message will be helpful to you. Let me know what you think.
